What has this meant for us?

Manchester Money have been in business for five years, and we are celebrating!

We have won awards for our mortgage service. In 2022, we were finalists in the Greater Manchester Business Awards, we were named as a Top Mortgage Employer and one of our brokers finished 12th in the country for written business achieving a Top Broker award from the Mortgage Introducer. In 2023, so far, we have been named by the UK Enterprise Award as Manchester’s Top Mortgage Broker!

As we are a broker, this means we don’t lend money ourselves but arrange mortgages on behalf of other lenders of whom we have fantastic relationships with, and we have knowledge of their criteria benefitting our customers with our expertise.

How have we grown over the last 5 years?

Manchester Money have grown by 3.5 times in size over the last 5 years, and we not stopping there! We have moved to a bigger premises in the heart of Spinningfields and we are always looking for new talent to join us. In addition to this as we are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, we expanded into new markets such as commercial mortgages, bridging finance, second charge mortgages and have recently partnered with a Will provider, ensuring all our clients have the option to be fully protected should the unthinkable happen.

What is next for Manchester Money?

Over 2023, we want to continue to grow at a steady pace and continue with our organic growth strategies of repeat business, referrals, and recommendations from our trusted customer base. Our social media presence over the last few years has also put Manchester Money firmly on the map and we like to educate clients addressing their potential problems making our posts relatable to real life. We have a team of introducer’s also and thank them for their loyalty in referring their clients to us from many thriving Estate Agents.

Our team is soon to expand again with the introduction of our next team member over the next couple of months. We are always looking for the right talent and are very interested in talking to any advisors both who wish to be employed or self-employed, and mortgage case managers looking for the next step in their career.
