Competition - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The Manchester Money “Refer and Win” Competition is open to all existing Manchester Money clients.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Manchester Money employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Competition Period:
The competition will run from Friday 27th October to Friday 15th December 2023.
How to Enter:
To enter the competition, participants must refer a friend, family member, or colleague to Manchester Money for their mortgage needs.
Referred individuals must mention the referrer’s name when they contact Manchester Money.
The referrer will be automatically entered into the prize draw when the referred person successfully submits their mortgage application with Manchester Money.
Prize:
The prize consists of a weekend getaway for two people to Barcelona, Spain.
The prize includes flights and accommodation only up to a maximum value of £600.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place within one week of the competition’s end date.
Notification of Winner:
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within one week of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
Acceptance of Prize:
The winner must accept the prize within 30 days of being notified.
Failure to claim the prize within the specified time frame will result in the selection of a new winner.
Privacy:
By entering the competition, participants agree to Manchester Money using their personal information for the purpose of the competition only.
Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants agree to Manchester Money using their name and image for promotional purposes.
General Conditions:
Manchester Money reserves the right to disqualify any participant if they are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.
Manchester Money’s decisions regarding the competition and the selection of winners are final.
The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
By participating in the Manchester Money “Refer and Win” Competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
